Communications Platform and SMM for AllsWell
Client:
AllsWell is an emergency alert system for people living on their own. This app uses your smartphone to determine whether you're active and notifies loved ones if there’s an emergency.
Task:
to create a communication strategy and brand style foe social medias.
TA challenges:
Main TA – “sandwich generation”
They have to take care of their children and parents. They want to be caring children, but they are under pressure. They need an easy solution to know that all is well with their loved ones
Secondary TA: “elderly parents”
They want to live active and independent lives and they don’t want to disturb their loved ones, but they fear that something may happen to them and nobody will know.
Both TAs: None of them want to lose connection, but they don’t have the knowledge or time to empower their relationships
